A little biographical info... Over the past decade, 'Chords' has made itself a presence in the performance contingent of Boston University and in the general a cappella world. Each year, Chords competes in various national competitions such as the International Championship for Collegiate A Cappella, and Fanuiel Hall Fall A Cappella Fest in which they won 2nd place overall in 2007. Chords has performed for numerous organizations such as the American Red Cross Association and the Berkelee College of Music's Composers society. The girls of Chordially Yours personally arrange each song they perform, and recently received recognition for the piece, Hide and Seek (Imogen Heap), for which they were awarded Best Arrangement in the semi-finals of ICCAs 2007. Chords enjoys performing all over the Northeast and organizing charity events, most recently the girls collaborated with local performance groups to raise funds for Boston University's Making Music Program, Cross-Cultural Solutions and a hospital in Uganda. The girls of Chordially Yours give a special thanks to the Julep gals for hosting this fabulous event!
